Jessica | Sam Houston State University Senior | Downtown Bryan, Texas
Jessica graduated from Sam Houston State University in the fall of 2017 where she majored in criminal justice and plans to become an advocate for domestic violence victims. I was certainly in awe of her heart and passion! I met Jessica and her mother in Downtown Bryan, Texas for a fun urban senior session. The buildings in downtown provide a fun backdrop for photos with brick walls, metal stairs, and greenery in surprising places. Jessica has such a wonderful heart and it made me so happy to hear what she wanted to pursue for her career. I know her mother is so proud of her and I wish the best for her future! As we said our goodbyes I wished her luck on her endeavors and her mother gave me a big hug! I also asked what the quote on her cap meant and she told me it translates to "I put the batteries" which means that she put in all of her effort and worked hard to graduate. I thought this was so special and I know she has a bright future ahead!
P.S. I totally recommend bringing along a friend or parent to your session to help with wardrobe changes and of course to help make you laugh and smile for the camera!
